Breadmaking as Embodied knowledge

This collection documents the ‘archived movements’ of breadmaking in rural Tiflet. Beyond a domestic chore, these gestures represent a transfer of ancestral knowledge and a rhythmic connection to the land.

This series highlights the intersection of labor and identity. By focusing on the repetitive nature of these movements, we observe how Amazigh heritage is not ‘static’ but ‘dynamic’ recreated every day through the body.
